Review: The theme of this cartoon is that the 401k is down. The amount of pension money is so low that some people can hardly afford anything.
A symbol is to keep the milk. This shows that people do not like the fact that their 401k is so small. Sometimes, when it enters a serious event, people are a picture on the back of a milk carton. Another symbol is the sad man. This shows he is upset with the topic.
See an illustrator, he is not satisfied with the number of people, money from retirement. It is a terrible issue.

The report seems not to understand at all. The cartoon is to compare the values fall in the stock market to a pickup. The man is sad, because their investments almost nothing and will not be withdrawn. the value of a retirement account is empty? It may be in the direction of Wall Street, who has kidnapped his 401k be stretched, but I doubt it. The stock market was beginning to fall and if the cartoon is only to ask, where is my money?
